I bought this foot file after seeing a celebrity mention it on social media. Couldn't be happier that I did! I have really dry heels and get rough spots on the balls of my feet. If your feet are naturally super callused, crusty and hard, this is exactly what you need. If you don't have it that bad, don't buy this because you will hurt yourself and probably bleed. it's been almost a year and it's time to get a new one. I have noticed that it's been getting dull.No big deal, the poor thing gets more use then It probably should. I like to wet my feet, put some conditiner on the rasp and then use it on my feet. That's what works best for me. My heels are too rough that when I have tried to use it on dry feet, it will grab and rip the cracks open.
